Billing and Refund Policy
AniCircle uses Stripe for payment processing and customer billing flows. AniCircle keeps billing status, entitlements, and purchase records needed for support and fraud review
Subscriptions and cosmetics
Subscriptions unlock plan entitlements. Cosmetic unlocks apply only after Stripe confirms payment. Failed, refunded, or disputed payments may revoke related access
Refund expectations
Refunds are not automatic for every case. Approved refunds, disputes, or chargebacks can remove premium access, cosmetic ownership, or related benefits tied to that payment
Support and fraud review
AniCircle may review duplicate charges, failed payments, disputes, and suspicious billing activity before restoring access or approving follow-up requests
