AniCircle policy
Short version: we use data to run AniCircle, keep people safe, and make the app reliable
We collect account details, profile content, watch activity, community posts, reports, device data, security logs, and billing state needed to run AniCircle
We use data to keep accounts working, show your communities, run watch parties, handle reports, prevent abuse, send service emails, process billing, and improve reliability
DMs stay private by default. Staff review DMs only through report-driven moderation, safety cases, or legal needs. Report evidence stays scoped to case review
Stripe handles payment details where possible. AniCircle stores billing status, plan state, receipts, and webhook records needed for support and fraud prevention
Secrets, passwords, auth cookies, signed URLs, private object keys, moderation evidence, and raw sensitive request bodies must not be sent to analytics or public logs
